1. Processing Time
All Horse Boost orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Carriers

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3 business days of ordering, please contact our support team.
5. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@horseboost.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package cannot be found, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
📮 Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Horse Boost is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes may be possible if the order has not yet been processed.
